• Land Agents – identifying, sourcing, carrying out all surveys and securing the correct plot for your business. Disposal of existing assets both leased and owned. 
• Planning Consultation – Management and co-ordination of a design team from preparation to submittal of planning application. 
• Development Project Management – Managing the design development stages from RIBA 1-7 as required -concept design to tender through to completion. 
• Estate Management – Management of lease, rent reviews, dilapidation and statutory requirements. 
• Facilities Management – Undertaking all aspects of planned facilities management. Including but not limited to Fire alarm, CCTV, Electrical & Mechanical warehouse and office fit out, PA systems, Intruder systems.
